He spent seven years as an auditor at the Financial and Development Supervisory Body (BPKP), including four years as Tax Audit Team Leader on a joint team with the Directorate General of Taxes (DJP). From 1996 to 2003, he was Vice President of Finance, Accounting, and Tax at PT. Truba Jurong Engineering, one of Indonesia’s leading construction companies.
He is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of the State College of Accountancy (STAN). He holds a Master of Science in Tax Administration and Policy from the University of Indonesia (UI), a Master of International Taxation from The University of Sydney (USyd), and a Doctor of Law from the University of Brawijaya. Since 2018, he has been a registered Advocate at PERADI.
He was a part-time lecturer at the University of Indonesia from 1999 to 2014 and has taught at Prasetiya Mulya Business School Jakarta from 2005 to 2024. He primarily teaches Corporate Income Tax, Tax Management, and International Taxation, and continues to teach in the Master’s Program at the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Indonesia. He has also published numerous articles on taxation in national newspapers.
He was President of the Indonesian Tax Consultants Association (ITCA) / Ikatan Konsultan Pajak Indonesia (IKPI) from 2022 to 2024 and currently serves as President of the Asia Oceania Tax Consultants Association (AOTCA). He is also a member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
He holds a “C” Certificate in Taxation (Brevet C) and an official tax consultant license from the Minister of Finance. He is also a Registered Tax Attorney at the Indonesian Tax Court.
Fitrah has been with Citas Konsultan Global since she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Fiscal Administration from the University of Indonesia (UI) in 2008. She then gains experience handling tax audits and objections against the Directorate General of Taxes and appeals in the Indonesian Tax Court. In addition, she is a specialist in preparing Transfer Pricing Documentation for various industries.
She is a member of the Indonesian Tax Consultant Association (ITCA) / Ikatan Konsultan Pajak Indonesia (IKPI) and has a “C” Certificate in Taxation (Brevet C). In addition, she has an official license as a tax consultant from the Directorate General of Taxes and a license as a Tax Attorney at the Indonesian Tax Court.
